we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. However, we understand that returns may be necessary. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Electronic components (e.g., control boards)
- Modified products
- Products not in resalable condition
- Items without an order number
Return Eligibility & Requirements
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
✔ The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
✔ The customer must provide photos of the item to initiate a return.
✔ A restocking fee of 20% applies to all approved returns.
✔ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
✔ All return requests must be initiated via email at sales@clearanceac.com with the order number.
Restocking & Cancellation Fees
- Returns: An 20% restocking fee + return shipping costs apply to all approved returns.
- Cancellations: If an order is canceled after processing but before shipping, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied.
- Shipped Orders: If an order has already shipped and is then canceled, refused, or returned due to missed delivery appointments, it will be treated as a return and subject to restocking and return shipping fees.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, follow these steps:
- Inspect your package upon arrival.
- If the box is visibly damaged, write "Package Damaged" on the delivery receipt and take clear photos.

If the product inside is damaged, report it within 24 hours by emailing sales@clearanceac.com with:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of the damaged product
- A description of the issue
- If the package is severely damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately for a replacement.
⚠ Important: Damage claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges due to the complexities of return processing. If you need a different product, you will need to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
✔ Refunds will be processed once the warehouse receives, inspects, and approves the returned item.
✔ Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval.
✔ Restocking fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
All products purchased during limited-time sales events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Seasonal Sales) are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Warranty Claims
Once a system is installed, it is no longer eligible for return. Any post-installation issues will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for repairs or replacements.
